The International Yoga Alliance for Ethics was formed with a need to restore dignity and respect to one to of the oldest traditions in the world. Its most urgent task is to provide a community to support and comfort all those that have suffered abuse by a yoga teacher or therapist.

We unite in common purpose to see all women and men free from abuse in yoga.

We pledge to promote and have regulated our Code of Ethics as the highest standard required for all those that teach so that we may learn and heal safely.
